Shipping Policy

ZAWRT offers free standard shipping to the United States and Canada.

Processing and delivery

Orders generally process in 1–2 business days. Estimated transit after dispatch is 4–6 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Carrier delays, weather and address issues may affect these estimates.

Before and after dispatch

Check the delivery address at checkout. If it needs correction, email [email protected] promptly with your order number; we will check whether a change is still possible. When tracking is available, use it to follow the parcel.

Delivery problems

If the parcel is missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us with the order number, a description and photographs where helpful. Keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed.
